Retail Manager – Now Hiring!

Nor’Banks is looking for an experienced retail manager to help us manage our Surf Boutique.  Since 2017 Nor’Banks retail store has quadrupled in size and now we’re looking for the right person to help us continue to grow with killer apparel, curated gear and cool local gifts.

Retail Manager Duties:

• Buyer and Merchandizer
  • Select product to purchase
  • Keep the retail space stocked and looking great
• Lead Sales Person
  • Assist shoppers during prime hours
• Track inventory and sales
  • Use Square to monitor inventory
• Customer Service Lead
  • Handle retail customer concerns and returns
• Assist with Operations
  • The primary focus of this position is retail–however, our reservation center operates out of the same space, and we regularly help each other out. The retail manager should learn about the activities and reservations process to assist when able.

Ideal Candidates will:

• Have retail managing and buying experience
• Be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy
• Be customer service oriented
• Be detail-oriented
• Be highly organized
• Have sales experience 

Starting pay is $20/hr. plus 1% commission on sales.

Applicants must be available for the full season, at least May-September. Part-time hours are available until April 15th. Full-time hours thereafter.
