Nor’Banks Rental Policies
Payment Policy– We take payment at the time of reservation so please be prepared with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to reserve and pay with cash, we will hold a card on file by charging $5 toward your rental or activity and you can pay the balance due upon arrival.
Weather Policy– If we have to cancel your activity due to weather, we will happily reschedule. If you cannot reschedule we will prorate your rental and issue a refund for unused time.
Customer Cancellation Policy– Nor’Banks will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the original scheduled start time. No refund shall be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the activity. If you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you can reschedule your activity to a future date & time.
Arrival Policy – Nor’Banks asks that all members of your party arrive at Nor’Banks 30 minutes prior to your reservation in to register and receive your safety orientation. If your reservation is delayed due to your late arrival, Nor’Banks reserves the right to change your reservation so as to not inconvenience the customers who are scheduled after you. This change will not result in a refund.
Waivers – Waivers are required for all participants. The parent (or court approved legal guardian) of each participating minor must complete, sign and date a waiver for each participating minor under the age of eighteen (18) on location prior to the designated minor being permitted to participate in any of Nor’Banks activities. We encourage all participants to save time and sign your waivers online.
